Borough Gallery & Studio is a working studio/gallery by scheduled event or appointment, founded in February 2009 by Shawna Cross with fellow Burlington, VT artists Stephen Orloske and Emily Wilson. It is now the brain child of Cross, Orloske, Haley Bishop, PooLoop and Elise Pecor.
Located at 180 Flynn Avenue (through the SEABA entrance) in Burlington, VT’s South End Art District, we've developed a space to serve as a community arts center for emerging artist to exhibit their work, as well as using it as our own studio. We create and curate events and exhibitions to shed light on emerging area artists and musicians and provide them with a platform to to display their unique vision and voice, while in turn highlighting Burlington’s South End as an area where art and culture have a profound impact and influence.
